A facility redevelopment master plan and related business plan for the renovation and operation of one of Tulsa’s largest cultural assets, completed alongside architects and physical planners. The effort included research and analysis related to historical utilization and operations to inform plans to maximize use, effectively engage users and audiences, advance the goals of resident groups, and serve the arts and cultural sector and all of Tulsa.
Fitchburg State University: Fitchburg Theater

Four research studies since 2016 have addressed the impacts of Covid-19 on the regional dance field, the needs and characteristics of fiscally sponsored artists and arts projects, small budget dance makers and supported Dance/NYC as it worked to provide affordable access to rehearsal space via funding from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.

A study that assessed the qualitative and quantitative economic impacts of this mural festival on its community and the surrounding region. The report established a set of financial and social impact baselines for the organization to use for future measurement and advocacy.

A comprehensive set of planning services provided periodically since 2001, including performing arts facility feasibility study, operator selection and placement, and cultural planning. Most efforts involved significant community engagement, including one-on-one interviews, focus groups with individual artists, in-depth meetings with potential partners, a community survey, and a virtual town hall.

Concept development, operations planning and implementation for a cultural district, conducted in close coordination with potential anchor tenants Sundance Institute and Kimball Art Center. Webb Mgmt has played an advisory role in the advancement of the final plan including design team selection and site planning.
Emerson College: Colonial Theatre

A plan that first identified and assessed options, costs, and scenarios for the reactivation of the Colonial Theater, resulting in the development and distribution of a RFP for a third-party operator. Webb Mgmt identified potential operators, collected and evaluated responses, and helped Emerson College negotiate a contract with Ambassador Theatre Group, the selected operator.
